Position: ICT / ELV / Smart Systems Specialist 

Responsibilities:
– Review design, drawings, submittals, and site implementations. Conduct integration inspections on-site as per RSG and international quality standards.
– Guide contractors for hi-tech installations regarding ICT, IoT, IP CCTV, and security/access control systems, telecom systems, and data structure systems.
– Verify technical documentation, design drawings, and materials for the IT, communications, and security systems at the testing and commissioning stage.
– Examine and assess resources for possible security risks, recognize potential security risks, and select the most effective defenses via IP security systems.

Responsibilities:
– Site & construction management for ICT/ELV and hospitality facilities (Telecom, Security, IP, VOIP, IoT, Smart system, ACS, AV)
– Review design, development, and implementation supervision of ICT & digitalization activities for utilities and facilities.
– Review design, and integration with electro-mechanical services, SCADA, BMS, GRMS, DC&S & related automation.
– Daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, project change, modifications, MOS, and project execution activity records.
– Collaboration with contractors/subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth development, integration, and client satisfaction.
– Focus on tasks, project progress, and milestone delivery throughout all phases and the project schedule.

KAFD King Abdullah Financial District Riyadh (High-rise buildings supervision project)

Position: ICT / Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Monitor, oversee, inspect, and ensure all construction, installation, and related coordination activities are following the approved drawings, contract, quality procedures, and client’s requirements, following IEEE, ANSI, BICSI, NEC, NFPA, UL, and required local SBC standards.
– Site supervision and inspection of electrical and low current installations at parcels 1.14 and 1.15.
– Inspect and evaluate electrical systems, equipment, and installations at construction sites. Verify compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations as per NEC, IEC, IEEE, and NFPA.
– Conduct routine site visits and inspect completed jobs by the contractor through submitted RFIs and related approved documentation, ensuring compliance with client’s requirements, standards, and specifications.
– Inspect materials for handling and quantity, cross-check with related BOQ, PO, country of origin (COO), Bill of Lading (BOL), brand and vendor verification with technical specifications, and verify material quality and ingress protection rating.
– Use Assist2 software for inspection record submission.

Site-3134 IPND (Internet Protocol Network Delivery) Under Ministry of Defense / SANG Saudi Arabia

Position: ICT & Security (Telecom) Site Inspector

Responsibilities:
– Supervise the installation of ISP and OSP for physical IP-based security networks, including integrated fiber optic links and required electrical installations for Internet protocol network delivery, as per network design requirements under Ministry of Defense standards in KSA.
– Responsible for the installation of active and passive equipment in NER/Telecom rooms according to MOD/SANG specifications and NDR.
– Inspect all installations to ensure compliance with ITU, IEC, TIA-942, 568, 569, and 445 standards, as well as FOC standards per ITU-T G.651/MM and G.652/SM.
– Review technical documentation, TQs, construction issues, and site drawings. Prepare and manage site paperwork (ATP, SIL, site packs) and maintain records according to project requirements.

VO4 – Survey & Testing of Electrical, Power, and HVAC Facilities for IPND Sites in the Eastern Region

Position: Facility Inspector (OM Survey)

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for testing and operation of NER/Tel room requirements and facilities as per TIA-942 for telecom.
– Follow standard P-100 FM, NEC-250, BS-7430, and IEC-60364-4 for electrical systems, earthing, grounding, and bonding.
– Prepare site survey reports and technical advisory reports for digital records and submit them to the management team.
– Check the warranty status of assets and operations of electrical, mechanical equipment, and telecom requirements.

QOL – Technical Site Report and Survey for Facilities & Asset Management

Position: Facility / Fixed Asset Inspector

Responsibilities:
– Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports for fixed assets and building facilities to inspect physical and technical conditions.
– Generate technical reports for electrical equipment and systems, telecom and low current systems, data center ICT facilities, and security equipment for various locations, including stadiums and sports complexes, universities, public parks and gardens, event halls, auditoriums, and culture centers.
– Prepare computerized reports with detailed information, conditions, and specifications for installed assets and equipment on site.
